We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Platinum Group Agreement- Applies only to those purchasing our PG package
What’s required of you:
1. Enthusiasm, willingness and time to work on the project and increase your knowledge and skills.
2. Initiative and the ability to work independently. Have a can-do and positive attitude and be fun to work with.
3. The ability to take action on advice given.
4. Attendance on the follow up and strategy calls. We regard these teleconferences as a business meeting and so expect you to arrive prepared and with a willingness to participate.
5. If accepted into the Platinum Group then the balance to be paid consisting of an initial payment of $1,500 (exl VAT) and then 9 monthly installments of $766 (exl VAT) from the commencement of acceptance into the Platinum Group Coaching Program. Or, 1 single payment of $6,995 (exl VAT).
Disclaimer
You agree that JP Marketing LTD, their agents and associated entities are not responsible for any success or failure that you may have because of this agreement. You understand that your individual success will be determined by your own desire, dedication, effort and motivation to work and follow the Program. You agree not to hold JP Marketing LTD, their agents and associated entities liable or accountable in any way for any failure of the service to live up to your expectations outside the stated terms.
What costs are not covered?
• Travel expenses, accommodation and personal expenses relating to travelling to any in person meetings.
• Expenses related to running your business, including administration, marketing and production costs.
What is the refund policy?
• If you are not accepted as a member of the Program your application fee will be refunded in full.
• Once you have been accepted onto the Platinum Group Coaching Program you are obliged to pay the balance of the full payment. This may be installments or in one payment. Either way the full payment is not refundable once the process begins.
• If you notify us that you do not want to proceed with your application before we have accepted you as a member of the program, we will close your application and your application fee will be refunded in full.
• Once you have been accepted as a member of the program you are obliged to pay the balance of your membership.
• If your circumstances change for any reason and in any way and you are unable to complete the process, there will be no refunds, partial or otherwise. We have expended considerable time and money to provide for you in this group and those costs are spread across the limited number of persons accepted. Therefore, your choice to join the group forms part of the financial success of the group and cannot be cancelled.
• If you default on your obligation to pay and the overdue account is referred to a debt collection agency or law firm for collection, you shall be liable for all reasonable recovery costs and commissions incurred.
• Individual components of the Program are not redeemable, transferable, or interchangeable if you are unable to attend or use them during the term of your membership. They cannot be sold or given to another person. They are not redeemable for cash.
• This is a 12-month program and as such has a finish date. If at the end of 12 months you have not utilized individual components of the program, there will be no refunds or partial refunds. The program will not be extended and no resources will be made available.
Other terms and conditions
1. This Program does not include a money-back guarantee. Every participant’s results will vary depending upon their personal participation. If you wish to terminate the Program during the 12-month period, you are still obliged to pay for the 12-month Program.
2. We may consent to allow you to pay for the program in 9 x monthly installments, or in one up-front payment, for which you will receive a discount.
3. Your membership is not transferable. It cannot be sold or given to another person.
4. Individual components of the Program are not severable, redeemable, transferable, or interchangeable if you are unable to attend or use them during the term of your membership. At the end of the 12 months Program, any unused components of the Program expire and are not redeemable for cash or otherwise.
5. As a member of the Program we expect you to be respectful in your communication with us, our team, and other members of the Program. That includes communication via email, phone, face to face or on the webinars.
6. Once your membership is confirmed you will be issued with a username and password to access resources. This is not to be shared with others. Your membership gives you (and your business partner or spouse) access to the Program resources.
7. If any account remains overdue after 30 days, then an amount of the greater of £20.00 or 10% of the amount overdue (up to a maximum of £200.00) shall be levied for administration fees which sum shall become immediately due and payable.
8. By signing this form, you agree to take full responsibility for your successes, failures, actions and inactions because of joining the Program.
9. Acknowledged by members of the Program:
(a). I acknowledge that the Providers are not
(i). licensed financial planners or advisors
(ii). qualified accountants or finance professionals
(b). All information including material as referred to or provided to me by the Provider has been obtained by the Provider solely from their own experience as business owners and is referred to or provided as general information only, which:
(i). will require further research to identify its application to my specific requirements
(ii). will, dependent on the further research to be undertaken as referred to in sub paragraph (i) above, require modification to appropriately apply to my specific requirements
(iii). is referred to or provided by way of example only and is not intended to be nor is it acceptable as specific investment recommendations or advice for me.
(c). I understand that failed business projects, mistakes and losses are a real possibility for me and my associated entities if I do decide to pursue and engage in specific or similar business activities and/or investments presented by the Program. Therefore, I understand and agree that these business activities carry an inherent element of risk and I accept full responsibility for this risk and its consequences.
(d).I understand and agree that (while given in good faith) all information and materials gained through the Program should not be relied upon in any way. Therefore, I commit to undertake careful and competent due diligence from independent sources before taking any action or inaction as a consequence of information gained through the Program.
(e). Copyright and intellectual property rights in and to the information belongs to JP Marketing LTD or their suppliers absolutely
(f). I shall not duplicate by any means whatsoever any of the information
(g).I shall not share access to the Program’s resource website with anyone who is not a member
(h).I further acknowledge that there is no guarantee that profit will be made as a Program member. The information given by the Provider is one of the many learning tools that I may require before participating in my own business.
10. Release
(a). I release forever JP Marketing LTD from all and any responsibility or liability for any losses claims or demands that may directly or indirectly occur because of me using the information obtained for investment or other purposes.
11. Restraint
(a). I hereby acknowledge that my membership of Platinum Group Coaching Program does not give me the right to represent (whether expressly or implied) or hold out to any person that I am a Representative, agent, employee, partner or in any way connected with the JP Marketing LTD members
12. You agree to arrive on time to pre-planned meetings, events and calls arranged as part of the Platinum Group. If you cannot arrive or time or need to cancel, you agree to give reasonable warning to JP Marketing LTD. If meetings and calls are cancelled by you regularly, JP Marketing LTD cannot be held responsible for not fulfilling on the terms of the offer.

Privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property and copyright

12. We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of fellow members. You agree not to violate the privacy of any participant in Program.
13. You agree that any confidential information shared by participants or the Providers or other presenters is confidential and proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the person or entity that discloses it.
14. You agree not to disclose confidential information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with other participants during Program sessions.
15. You acknowledge that any confidential information shared by you during the Program is done so at your own risk, and you waive any right to seek recourse from the Providers for any loss or damage suffered as a result of sharing that information.
16. You represent that all graphics and text including logos, trademarks and photos given to the Provider for use on your website or other marketing do not violate copyright law.
17. You agree to hold JP Marketing LTD harmless from any and all liability, claims or causes of action arising out of use of the content provided by you.
18. All materials created by JP Marketing LTD are their property. You grant to JP Marketing LTD the right to use the work for demonstration and/or advertising purposes. You represent that all graphics and text including logos, trademarks and photos given to the Provider do not violate U.K, Australian, United States or other copyright law.

Payment of fees
19. You agree that if you are accepted into the Platinum Group Coaching Program, you are responsible for full payment of fees for the entire 12-month course of the Program, regardless of whether you attend or complete the Program. You agree that this is fair because there are only limited places in the Program.
20. If paying by way of monthly installments, you agree to pay all monthly payments on a timely basis.
21. You agree to pay the full amount agreed and not to cancel this transaction with your bank or credit card company. If there is a problem, you agree to promptly contact JP Marketing LTD to resolve it.
22. You acknowledge that you have represented to JP Marketing LTD that payment of your Program membership fees will not place a significant financial burden on you or your family.
Please note that results and earnings mentioned in the Program are not typical. Where specific income figures are used, and attributed to an individual or business, those persons or business have earned that amount. There is no assurance you’ll do as well. If you rely upon figures, you must accept the risk of not doing as well.
